The PPI Ruleset Processor is a Java implementation of the PPI Ruleset Language.

Installation instructions:
- Place the "pdsppi.jar" file in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext
- Add "$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext/pdsppi.jar" to your CLASSPATH environment variable.
Note: The Ruleset Processor also uses the PDS Label parser.
You will need to download its Jar file as well.
